At Arastu Inn, we understand customer's changing requirements and hence we make available cancellation policies for the rooms booked.

1. If the reservation is cancelled a week before the booked date, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
2. If the reservation is cancelled within a week prior to the booked date, 25% of the paid amount will be retained.
3. If the reservation is cancelled 2 days before the booked date, 50% of the paid amount will be retained.
4. No refund will be eligible if the guest fails to show up for the stay, or arrives late at the booking time.

We follow different modes to transfer the refund. This can be discussed with our hotel staff at the time of cancellation.

Note: The booking confirmation receipt should be displayed in order to avail the cancellation and refund policy.
